  • 01 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

    All Puggles pieces are made with care and love. Our aim is to ensure your product stands the test of time. Please follow any washing and or care instructions provided with your pieces. All products should be used under adult supervision.

  • 02 POSTAGE & SHIPPING:

    Puggles Pieces uses Australia Post and Fastway courier services for all Australia wide deliveries. We like to use signature on delivery to ensure tracking of your piece.

    • $9.00- Parcel Post with signature on delivery

    Express and International postage quotes are available upon request.
    Approx. $20-$25 quoted upon ordering of your treasure, includes signature on delivery.

    Pick up is available by arrangement from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

  • 03 PAYMENTS:

    Currently Puggles Pieces accepts payment via Paypal or Direct bank deposit.

    Cash on pick-up is available although no change will be carried.

  • 04 RETURNS:

    Please decide on the treasure you would like to order thoughtfully, we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

    In the rare event of your item being faulty please contact us at Puggles Pieces for a replacement.

    (Please note shipping is at the cost of the buyer).

  • 05 CUSTOM ORDERS:

    If you have a custom order, or a product suggestion of a heartfelt piece you would like to see, please contact us to discuss.

    We here at Puggles Pieces guarantee your details will NOT be given to a 3rd party (excluding to process payments).
